StoneRiver completed its final equity closing for Fund II in 2021. Fund II’s strategy is to acquire and develop multifamily properties in supply-constrained submarkets located in the Southeastern United States, diversifying across income levels and specifying key markets that have stable or growing populations and job bases that support high occupancy rates.
Fund II focuses on identifying and investing in value-add enhancement strategies, core and core-plus investments, repositioning opportunities, and ground-up Class A developments. Since its formation, Fund II has acquired five communities in Tennessee (Knoxville MSA), Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio MSAs), Florida (Jacksonville MSA), and North Carolina (Charlotte MSA).
